Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 April 2026. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use pdflify.fun.

Your documents

Pdflify's working tools process files with JavaScript inside your own browser. Files you add are read into your browser's memory, processed there, and offered back to you as a download. They are not transmitted to a Pdflify server, because the site has no server-side processing at all.

Closing or reloading the tab clears everything. We keep no copies because we never receive any.

Information the site collects

Pdflify does not ask for an account, a name or an email address to use its tools. Standard web server logs kept by our hosting provider may record your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, as is normal for any website.

Local storage

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It stays on your device and is not readable by us.

Third-party libraries

Some tools load a JavaScript library (pdf-lib or pdf.js) from the jsDelivr public CDN when you first use them. That request tells the CDN your IP address and browser, as any file request would. Your document is never part of that request.

Advertising and cookies

This site displays advertising. Ad providers, including Google AdSense where enabled, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Google's use of advertising cookies is described in its own policies, and you can manage personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings.

See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

Children

Pdflify is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can block cookies and scripts in your browser settings. Blocking scripts will stop the tools from working, since they are the tools.

Changes and contact

We will update this page if our practices change. Questions: hello@pdflify.fun.
