About Pdflify

Pdflify is a free collection of PDF tools that run inside your web browser. There is no account to create, no upload queue and no software to install — you open a tool, add your file, and get your result.

What we build

Every tool has one job and one clear workspace: drag your file in, set a couple of options, download the result. We would rather ship forty focused pages than one crowded dashboard.

Where a job can genuinely be done with browser-side JavaScript — merging, splitting, rotating, watermarking, converting pages to images, extracting text, building PDFs from photos — we do it locally in the page. Your document is read into the tab's memory, rewritten, and handed straight back to you.

What we will not do

Some jobs cannot be done accurately in a browser. Turning a PDF back into an editable Word document, writing password encryption, or removing a watermark cleanly all need capabilities a static website does not have.

On those pages we say so plainly and point you to methods that actually work. We will never show a progress bar for work that is not happening.

How the site is funded

Pdflify is free to use and supported by advertising. Ads are kept in clearly marked areas with space around them, away from tool buttons, so you never click one by accident.
